Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping We ship to many destinations worldwide. International delivery times and rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Third-Party Fulfillment & Shipping All paradis.pet goods and merchandise sold through the website, by phone, or by any other means that is not in person — including retail stores, events, trade shows, or any other setting where goods are purchased, bartered, or traded in real time — are fulfilled by third-party service providers, unless otherwise noted. paradis.pet contracts with fulfillment companies to streamline and expedite the shipping experience. Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. paradis.pet is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping or fulfillment providers, though we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@paradis.pet within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work with the carrier on your behalf.
